If you are seriously seeking counseling, all you do is call or email to schedule a free consultation session.  An assessment will then be sent to you also free of charge.

If you want an occasional session, that's fine.  If you feel more need, you will note as you look over the fees that follow, that you can purchase sessions as you go along.  You create a "bank" of sessions.  Telephone toll or long distance charges can be included in your fees.  Here, I place the call.
